The room has a walk-in closet that is large in size along with a small refrigerator in it. The master bedroom overlooks the pool in the backyard. There are lots of parks, shopping centers and schools in the area. Home is located in Northern Fontana off baseline & beech.

Month to Month for the lease. Water, gas, internet, electricity & trash are included but during summertime air conditioning is being used more so you would pay extra. There is parking in the driveway for an extra fee of $100 per month. There are 3 other tenants you would be sharing the home with. They are very nice people. The key is Respecting one another for you to get along. No parties in the home or guests spending the night unless consulting with the owners. No subleasing allowed in this home. There are 2 owners of this property. I don’t have storage space in the garage for you to store anything. I need you to be a CLEAN individual who cleans up after themselves and takes care of the property. You must have NO EVICTIONS, provide 2 years W2’s, 2 months bank statements, 2 months’ pay stubs and landlord references. Must provide Driver’s license & Social Security Card.
