Amber's room

I currently have an unfurnished, private room available for rent. The apartment features an in-unit laundry machine, patio, dishwasher, and full bath. There is a pool/hot tub/gym directly across the street at the clubhouse (we have a great location within the complex which is super convenient for trash, mail, and amenities). All utilities including water/hot water, electricity, wifi, and a private parking spot are all included in the rent. The complex is in a gated community about 12 minutes from the beach and downtown Oceanside.

My name is Amber (: I love art, animals, farmers markets, and traveling. I am a 21 year old college student sharing a room with my long term partner. We both go to school, have full-time jobs downtown Oceanside, and are very laid back. We are kind, clean, considerate, and respectful roommates. I really look forward to meeting you!
