Ruidoso St

The house is newly built and has only had one set of tenants before so the room is really new and clean! The kitchen and living room is furnished but the room is not. It is only 10 minutes from the University of Nevada, Reno. The neighborhood is fairly new so streets are calm and quiet.

Bathroom will be shared, street parking is available.

Currently we have 3 roommates, 2 girls and 1 guy. We are currently looking for 1 roommate who is in their 20’s and preferably a college/ professionally student. I am in the master bedroom with my boyfriend. I am a medical student and my boyfriend is a software engineer working from home. We have one medium sized dog who is well trained, doesn’t bark, and stays in our room most of the time.
Our other room mate is currently working and applying to graduate school. We are all very clean and quiet, we rarely have people over as we are all working/studying.
