The Master Bedroom will be available to rent effective October 1st. The room is furnished with a King Sized Bed, TV, Dresser,and nightstand. The room also has its own private bath (dual sinks, shower, and tub),and a large walk in closet. I am taking my time trying to find the right tenant. You MUST be gainfully employed with reliable income (employment and income will be verified), have references, and be willing to submit to a background check.
