Room will be available mid June! Looking to rent out some bedrooms in my house in Camarillo since I will be gone for training often. I have 1 room left available with a bathroom that will be SHARED. House is located within 20 min of both naval bases and 10 min from CISUC in probably one of the safest neighborhoods in the city. Huge backyard and full access to house. All amenities will be included In the rent (WiFi, utilities, etc). I prefer military or law enforcement but will also consider other applicants depending on occupation (students welcome with verifiable income). Absolutely NO pets, couples or kids.
