We tried to model our home towards the traveling professional, nurse, construction worker, digital roamer while maintaining privacy in our contemporary duplex. We provide you with over 1533 sq ft of living space for an affordable price in a safe and conveniently located South Akron neighborhood.

Our private bedrooms are furnished, spacious, just a little under 200 sq. ft. each. Includes new memory foam mattress, spacious closet, dresser, desk w/chair, lamps, and USB charging ports.

Quiet & spacious indoor living has cathedral ceilings, fully furnished kitchen. New washer/dryer, fridge and stove on site. Almost an acre of land with tons of outdoor space.

Conveniently located: 5 minutes to the interstate 77, 15 minutes downtown Akron. 40 minutes to Amish Country to the South, 15 minutes to Akron/Canton Airport, 45 minutes from Downtown Cleveland, 30 minutes Pro Football HoF, surrounded by Summit County Parks trail system. Close to local wineries, shopping, hospitals, entertainment.

Lease length is flexible but ideally looking for applicants that are interested in renting for 1 -3 months. You must verify income. No pets, children, or additional roommates allowed.

About the owner. This is our home away from home, used as temporary housing for work. We enjoy meeting others and making friends, non judgemental, drama free. Both are friendly and easy-going, and boring to most. We are in our early 50’s, working in our professional careers.

I travel for work. You may see me, you may not, thus the reason for bluetooth locks. My home is a 3bed/2bath duplex. I live in one side and have long term renters in the other side who help watch over things when I’m away. My bedroom is on 1st floor. Cell number and email provided upon your approval. There may be another traveling professional in the other bedroom during your stay, maybe not. Respectful behavior from everyone allows these living arrangements to work.
