Abby's room

The house is approximately 10 minutes from downtown Austin and the university! It is located in East Austin. Street parking and covered parking is available. The house has a washer/dryer. Full-size backyard and a covered area where one can sit and relax.

This room has the most natural lighting (the most windows) of the rooms and faces McKinley Avenue - the neighborhood is very quiet. The room also has its own closet. Bathroom is shared with another roommate.

Base rent is $700/month. Utilities are billed separately and are not included in the rent. We split the cost of utilities.

I currently work with the State of Texas as a chemist. Am moving to work for the State of Oklahoma in September and am looking for someone to take over my room.

September’s lease and bills will be covered by me so as soon as I move out the space will be available to move into!

There are two other roommates who share the house. One female, one male. They’re really chill. We generally keep to ourselves but we’re also friendly to each other.

Female roommate has two cats. We’re pet-friendly, but any new pets must get along with hers.

If you cannot meet us in person to see the room (i.e. out of state, travelling), we can do a video call tour instead!
