Private room (11ft by 10ft) with closet and window, shared bathroom, furnished kitchen, and living room, with a front patio and garage below.

We are both California State San Marcos students doing marketing and art & design with one more semester left. We enjoy going out, having fun, and getting our work done. We’re very respectful, easygoing, down to Earth, and friendly.
