The neighbors are very sweet and kind. There is a large park nearby and it’s a short walk or bike ride to Sonoma State. Parking available near the front door of my home.

Rent includes all amenities including wifi and all utilites ie. electric, gas, water and garabage. Rent is month to month and the price is $1550 for the downstairs bedroom with your own bathroom or $1350 for one of the upstairs bedrooms with a shared bathroom with a double vanity. Rent is due by the 1st of the month and requires security deposit, insurance and background check. No pets and no smoking.

I am a hard working 42 year old man. I love to hang out with my family and friends. I’ve been in Sonoma County my entire life. I sleep in the master bedroom in the east wing of the house. I am very courteous and respectful of others.
