Robin's room

Private bedroom located in a 4br/3ba New house, 1.5 miles-to beach, 8.9 mi to hospital, located in a great subdivision, shared kitchen, dining room, w/d, living room, large screened lanai, seasonal pool, all utilities (except phone) included, seasonal pool,friendly german shepherd in home ( no other pets allowed) shared with myself, my husband and another tenant, we rent 2 bedrooms out of our primary home. Each bedroom has keyless lock door. NO SMOKING OR VAPING or drugs of any kind in house or on property, there is a park close by if you smoke. we keep a very clean house and expect the same from our tenants. No guest allowed overnight without prior written approval from landlords. Security cameras in all entryways to house including back lanai/pool area and shared living room/dining/kitchen,laundry. No excessive alcoholic drinking. Must be 21 years or older. Must check in on 1st day of reservation (dates booked) . Background/credit check for approval done through keycheck at tenant expense, Proof of income and 2 references. $500 security deposit and $100 cleaning fee.

This home is shared with myself, my husband and our german shepherd ( we do not allow other pets) and another tenant, we rent out 2 bedrooms of our home. We keep our home clean and expect the same from our tenants. No overnight guest without written approval from landlord.
