On the search for ONE roommate to move in October for a one year lease(required) as my current roommate has been inspired to travel internationally while working remote starting the end of September. Rent is $1100 a month flat(utils included). Looking for a clean and tidy mature professional in their 20s-40s. The building is called The Renaissance 2230 luxury condominiums in Falls Church, VA.

I live in a TWO master bedroom split condominium unit with a shared central living area, kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, and balcony. Each bedroom is on opposite ends of the central living area and has its own full bath and walk in closet. Bedroom space available is 10’10“ x 15’ and is carpeted with a window to the front side of the building, facing away from 495. Room available is on the left of the unit diagram. Requested price for room is $1100 per month. $1100 refundable deposit. The price is ALL INCLUSIVE. It entails: -Electric, water, tv/internet, access to multiple building amenities such as ALL YEAR pool and tennis court, 24/7 access to pretty sizeable building gym with multiple machines, treadmills, bike machines, free weights, men and women’s bathrooms each with its own sauna. -Building also has an office room with computers and printer, club room, library room, spa, dry cleaner, and florist. -Free shuttle to Falls Church metro in the morning and back in the evening. -There is one reserved parking spot for the shared condo unit. I barely use it and it is close to the back door of the building and right next to the pool. -Other than that, there is always available parking around the building in unmarked spaces that are first come first serve. -The building is in a great location in western Falls Church, right next to Tysons Corner, and in between 495, Route 7, and I-66.

As for myself, I’m friendly, sociable, well traveled, clean, professional, and I respect peace and quiet. I work in the hotel industry so I’m used to meeting all sorts of people and have a varied social life; hobbies range from gaming, reading, sporting events, happy hours, karaoke, hiking, traveling, nightlife etc. I usually use my place as a break from the world. The central area is already furnished so you wouldn’t need to bring anything except for your bedroom/bathroom/closet.
