I also will deduct rent for house cleaning if you need. Brand new home with stellar amenities safe, quiet neighborhood with home security system for extra protection. Access to kichen and washer and dryer on site in my laundry room, community amenities including walking trails and community center, brand new appliances, utilities included in rent, low deposit, a safe and welcoming neighborhood. Unfortunately, I am allergic to cats and dogs (I know, bummer) so I am unable to offer housing for your fur baby. Available May 1st ’23
