Room provides a large closet with additional storage space above it. The room is carpeted and has a ceiling fan installed to use though house has central air and heat. It is adjacent to the bathroom.

Rent includes ALL utilities, WIFI, and housekeeping. Closet is provided with some wooden hangers. Room has a cable outlet for your own television to use. The bathroom has a medicine cabinet installed for more storage space. Occupant is welcome to use dishes/cooking and eating utensils, pots, pans, etc. Common areas include living room, dining room, kitchen, and beautiful spacious back yard furnished with patio furniture and fire pit.

Option to park on driveway or ample street parking is available in quiet, well-kept residential neighborhood. Located steps away from Montalvo Square shopping center – Ralphs, CVS, LA Fitness, Coffee Bean, Trader Joe’s.
