It is located in the great area of Loveland. The house is conveniently located near freeway I-71 access, and it is 5 minutes away from groceries stores(Meijer & Kroger). Great elementary and high school Loveland district.

It is a 4 bedroom house with a shared dining room and backyard. The bedroom area is 12x 14 ft, this is not furnished but shared spaces are. These photos were taken before the previous tenants moved out, so most of the personal belongings are no longer there. The house has one full bathroom with a shower and tub, and one-half bath.

We are a retired couple, respectful people, clean, organized, and quiet. My current roommates are my son and my daughter-in-law with a 1-month baby and 2 kids. The baby is a really quiet one and the 2 kids live every other week in the house. My son has a full-time job, and my daughter-in-law stays home with the baby. We are looking for another roommate to move into the third bedroom. We are seeking someone accountable, mature, and courteous who prioritizes communication. Cleanliness is very important to us, and we are hoping to find someone who keeps communal spaces relatively neat. Smoking/vaping is not allowed on the premises.
