I am looking to rent out an unfurnished room in my 2bd/1ba house, which recently had a makeover (it will feel like you’re moving into a brand new place!). The house includes a backyard with deck, open concept kitchen and living space, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, shower/tub, and your own sink in the bathroom. The bedroom is located at the front of the house and includes a walk-in closet.

I will expect you to have a stable source of income and that you are clean and respectful of the privacy of others. You must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Ideally, you would move in around September 1, but I can be flexible since it’s important that we are a good fit!

I am a 26 y/o woman who works full-time and commutes into San Francisco 5-6 days/wk. I am quiet, clean, and respectful of the privacy of others. I am the only person living in this house, which is owned by my grandfather.
