I have 1 room available for rent in West Lancaster. Rent is $1000 a month with everything included. Located on the west side of Lancaster within couple miles from 14 freeway, mall, and community college. Also 20 minutes from aerospace companies (Lockheed Martin, Northrop, NASA, etc), and 30 minute commute to Edwards. Quiet neighborhood along with home. Street parking available. Utilities are included with rent along with wifi. Kitchen access along with washer and dryer. The room being rented has a full size bed that you can use, but can get raid of it if you don’t want it.

28 Year old male engineer. Very clean and hope to have roommates that are clean too. I clean after I cook, so my kitchen is always clean. I like my home to look presentable and clean. All roommates work together to keep the common areas clean.
