Manhattan Avenue

I just got a beautiful and spacious 2 Bedroom- 2 bathroom apartment in a great area in South Harlem. The apartment has plenty of natural light, two queen-king size plus bedrooms, and a nice living-room space. The apartment is in a beautiful building with doorman, rooftop and courtyard. The area is very nice, with a lot of good restaurants, close to Central Park and Morningside Park., the A, B, D, C trains are nearby. The room can be furnished or not, as you prefer. Gas and water are included in the monthly rent. I still have not moved in, but I have plenty of furniture for the apartment and I plan on adding some touches (plants, art, etc…) to make it look even nicer.

I am a 40+ Spanish middle-school teacher, originally from Spain. I am very active and social. I like dancing, running, going out to eat, to museums, concerts, and more. I am looking for someone that would like to share my newly acquired 2-bd, 2bth apartment. Let me know if you have any questions.
