This spacious 2-story house is located in a very friendly & family-oriented area of 4S Ranch. This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom non-smoking residence, owned by an amazing & helpful landlord.

For this listing, we’re looking for a 4th person — someone responsible, respectful, not too loud, & able to clean up after themselves in the common areas. This would ideally be for someone looking for staying long term. We try to be as tidy as possible, so it’s a no-shoes policy inside the house.

The available private bedroom is located downstairs with an ensuite bathroom (standard shower tub, toilet, & sink). The bathroom also has a secondary door that leads into the main hallway that can be locked.

3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms are located upstairs. The main floor also includes a spacious kitchen, dining room, & 2 living rooms. The garage space is currently being used for storage, but the driveway can comfortably fit two cars. There is also usually a decent amount of street parking for guests. Washer & dryer are located in a separate laundry room downstairs next to the side-door entrance. We have a very quaint backyard with comfortable furniture to lounge.

Cost for utilities fluctuate from $70-$90 a month (internet, gas/electric, water, trash, & landscaping). There is central AC/heat.

Roomies are working professionals in mid-20s to early 30s. Career fields are government, marketing, and behavioral health. Interests include music, video games, boxing, hiking, and reading.
