One furnished bedroom with private bathroom available near downtown Peoria. You will have access to the kitchen, laundry room, living room, and backyard.

We are open to negotiating rental price for anyone who is a good fit and is willing to take care of our two cats when we go out of town (feed, water, clean litter box). We have someone who takes our dog usually so unless you’re also willing to do that, that’s not necessary.

The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with a police station and fire station both within five minutes of us. There is also a nearby park with a fishing pond, dog park, and sports fields.

No drama, no parties, no drugs, no smoking, no loud music, etc.

My boyfriend and I both work from home full time in IT, are quiet and professional, and we have a medium sized dog and two cats. We both ride motorcycles, I enjoy hiking and kayaking, and he enjoys gaming.
