To be approved for an apartment you need to have current paystubs that show an income 40x the rent amount, 1yr tax returns & pass the credit check. We also ask for previous rental history, but if you have all the other requirements, we may wave this.

We accept Guarantors when someone just starts their first job so they may be slightly under the income requirement or they don’t have tax returns or past rental payments, but they still need show their income can support the rent and they have some credit history.
