Neighborhood Description A great location. A mile away from I-5 on 145th and just over the freeway the soon to open Light Rail Station. Close by are Walgreens, Safeway and a shopping center just off of Aurora and 155th.

Twin Ponds Park, and Meridian Park, among others, parks within a mile.

Ideally someone who is easy going and is looking for a peaceful home.

The homeowner loves to BBQ but rarely has a lot of company.
