Hello, I am moving out of Houston and looking for someone to take over my lease it is in the heart of downtown Houston and has great views from the balcony and bedroom (TOP FLOOR). This apartment is 670Sqft but has a very open concept. This apartment has 4 CLOSETS. One is a coat closet, one is a walk in closet, one is a bathroom closet and the other one is for extra storage. The bathroom is double sink with plenty of storage! The lease will have to be taken over from august 15-March 10th. This property has a roof top pool, parking garage, and great amenities. This property is also very secured as they have security guards at all times of the day. You are 5 min walking from ATT center, many restaurants, beautiful downtown park and so much more.
