4th Street

We are two women in a 3-BR, 1 bath apartment in Park Slope located 1 block off of Prospect Park, and we’re looking for a third roommate. The apartment is in a quiet small apartment building and has a great kitchen. We’re on the top floor, and the apartment gets plenty of light. The room for sublet is the largest in the apartment with two windows and French doors. We are a 5-minute walk from the F,G, 10 minutes from the 2,3 and 12 minutes from the Q,B. The neighborhood boasts great restaurants and shops and the Park Slope Food Coop.

We are professionals in our 30’s/late 20’s with very busy working schedules as a nonprofit professional and a technical event producer, respectively. We share the space in a quiet, respectful manner, and do enjoy cooking, occasional entertaining, and have been known to raise a glass or two of rose together while watching Drag Race.

Our current lease runs through the end of July 2019. We are looking for a subletter for at least 3 months with the option to extend.

First and last month’s rent plus security deposit. Credit check, employment status, and signed sublease agreement.
