Megan's room

I have a room opening up in my apartment soon! The room is standard size with a good sized closet. We’re situated in a nice location in Mesa but very close to Tempe, Chandler, and Gilbert as well as easy freeway access (101 and 60 are both close by). My apartment has all new appliances, including in unit washer and dryer. There’s a nice pool and a small gym available as well. The complex is very chill and quiet:) Rent is $825 Internet is $60 (so $30 per person) And our energy bill runs anywhere from $50-$130 each month (so $25-65 per person) All together you’d be looking to pay $880-920 a month

My name is Meg and I would be the only other occupant of the apartment. I am a teacher so I spend a lot of time away from the apartment. I really like to keep a chill space where I can unwind and relax after my day at school. I have lots of hobbies like baking (I always share my treats), music/learning to play guitar, and trivia. I’m known as the “grandma friend” and prefer pretty low key fun and I’m looking for a roomie who can vibe with that. I do of course love to let back and have fun too:) I love hosting the occasional game night.
