Brian's room

Private bedroom on first floor with a private bathroom, walk in closet and a deck. Laundry and kitchen outside the room and dining area. Apartment type parking and a gate to the subdivision. The gate is frequently broken. Close to downtown Cartersville and plenty of shopping within driving distance. Water is included but internet and power are to be split.

I am 41. I’ve got a 6 year old lab. He is friendly but tends to bark when anyone other than myself comes in or out of the room downstairs. I live in the upstairs and generally keep to myself. I work mornings generally. Need somebody respectful, quiet and will keep their area tidy. I do the same.
