Kevin's room

It is a small private room in a house located in a very quiet street in Newington close to Central Connecticut State University (CCSU).

The room has a new bed (never used) and a table with a office/gaming chair inside. The room also has a closet, etc.

***Bills included: -internet 1GB -heat and hot water

• Gas and electricity -You also have access to the kitchen and living room. -You have access to the laundry and dryer machines. -Parking space -bathroom is shared (mostly the shower since the other Roomate will have a private bathroom without shower).

-The only type of pets allowed are small pets that can usually live inside their cages (i.e., Guinea pigs, hamsters, etc.).

-No smoking 🚭

I am a friendly, professional person who currently works full time (hybrid mode) and part time (fully remote) and travels often.

The person renting must be clean, quiet, and responsible 😊.
