Neighborhood is extremely quiet, house is in a cul-de-sac. 1 room is for rent. Restroom would be shared between 2 people. Access to washer and dryer, full kitchen privilege’s, separate fridge in garage, access to living room and loft area. Bathroom is located right outside the bedrooms, second floor. Street parking in front of the house, wifi, and all utilities included. No overnight guests prior to approval, no smoking or drugs, and absolutely no pets. Garage is set up with workout equipment, full access.

I live with my son. He usually spends all day in High School, ready to graduate and join the Military. I work very long hours but when I am home I enjoy baking and cooking. Our home is quiet.
