Large laundry room for you to wash and dry your clothes(you must provide your own laundry supplies) huge kitchen- able to use any of our pots and pans dishes and stove etc…only requirement is that you clean up after yourself,( you must provide your own food, oil, spices, ziplock bags, foil etc. private large yard with beautiful outdoor seating area and belong to heritage lake association, free paddle boating, fishing, large pool and splash park.$800 Deposit required but you can split it up into 2-3 payments. I pay for the background check!

My husband and I have been together 8 years, we have 2 kids and two small dogs that stay outside. I am a Nurse and He works in sales. Our kids are 6 and 18. Looking for someone responsible that pays rent on time and whom cleans up after themselves.
