Large Master Bedroom with private bathroom in room, only 5 minutes from 405 & 55 freeways. Utilities included in rent are electricity, gas, water, sewer and parking spot. The only Utility not included is internet. There is a shared shower in second bathroom. Spacious closet and a gorgeous view of the courtyard. Pool and BBQ grills are right in front of apartment and are enjoyable amenities included. Convenient laundry on site. A safe and very friendly community to be a part of. Must bring own dishes, but full access to use kitchen, fridge and living room. Looking for a professional person or couple who works full time, easy going, clean and quiet. We would appreciate someone who is respectful and reliable. The room is available at the beginning of October or November. My husband and I must move out from our family’s home due to recently have another baby, so we are looking to move into our own place. You would be taking over our master bedroom. This is a family household with Mother, father, and son who are all working adults.Everyone keeps to themselves and mainly stay in their rooms except when using the kitchen, but you are more than welcome to spend time in the living room.
