Amy's room

I have a bedroom (very large - only room on ground floor of 3-story townhome, entire townhome is 2700+ livable sq ft - two good sized closets, one in room and one just outside in hall) for rent with ensuite full bathroom with a shower - garage parking spot and separate entrance in and out of home. Middle floor with living room and kitchen would be shared and laundry on third floor. We have a view of the community pond from balcony and porch off of room and great walking/cycling trails throughout neighborhood. Townhome located in midtown VB, off of S. Plaza Trail between Princess Anne Rd. and S. Independence Blvd., and convenient to everything - Harris Teeter with gas station, CVS, Petco, Marshall’s, and many other restaurants and shops just down the street, less than 5 minute drive! I have lived here two years now and it’s a fantastic neighborhood 😊

I’m a single mom and I have two brilliant teens, one a rising high school sophomore and one a rising ODU freshman. We do have two dogs, older and well behaved and incredibly sweet.
