Private room. Shared bathroom with clawfoot tub and backyard patio with brick grill. Landlord will require a background check and $75 application fee.

I teach and tutor for a living. I’m an open-minded and progressive individual. I keep common areas clean. I furnished the living room, have pots and pans I’m willing to share, and have set up utilities and internet to split. I will ask that you briefly speak with me via Zoom if you’re interested in rooming.
