Hi, I am looking for a new tenant who will take over my current lease. I will be moving out on September 14th. Rent is $1500 for a 6 months lease and $1400 for a 9 months lease. Because I will be moving out 2.5 months before my lease ends I would have to pay rent for the last 2.5 months even though I already moved out, so I want to offer $600 to the person who takes over my lease. That means if you take over my lease for a 9 months lease you will only pay $1200 for the first 3 months instead of the $1400. That’s why I put the price at $1200 per month but for the 4th month and going forward it would be $1400. This is a one time offer to attract someone to take over my lease because I don’t want to pay rent when not even living here anymore. The apartment is rather quiet. Currently, 2 other rooms are empty. The 4th room is occupied. You would share the bathroom in the hallway with one person (the person in the room next to you which is currently empty). The other two rooms have their own bathrooms included.
