Jade's room

The apartment is in the best location in San Clemente! Only a 10 minute walk to the pier/beach/SC beach trail and a 5 minute walk to Delmar. Full modern kitchen with a lot of cooking space/counter & cabinet space! Also the living room is very cozy and meant for reading/relaxing. There is also a decent sized garage if some extra storage is needed. Washer and Dryer is also hooked up in our garage space! The room is furnished with a brand new full size bed frame and semi-tempur-pedic mattress, a side table and a desk—as well as a a closet! The bedroom also has a private outdoor entrance into the small backyard area which has some outdoor seating set up. We are looking for a roommate to rent as soon as possible. My fiancé and I just recently moved to Ca from NY. We love it here. We both work full time and spend much of our time either working, at the gym, hiking/running, hanging out by the beach, or at church/church events! We are very quiet, clean, hard-working and fairly easy going. We are both young but do not drink/smoke/party! We prefer someone who also gravitates to that kind of lifestyle/atmosphere :)
