I have a three bedroom and two bathroom home and am renting one bedroom furnished with a brand new bed & bathroom to a responsible, clean and trustworthy person.

I go out of town often, and you will have the whole house to yourself.

I require a background check for a potential roommate, and the room will be available to move in on 8/19.

The monthly rent payment is 1,125 for one year lease and $1,200 for a six-month lease term(utilities included).

I am married, my husband works in Tucson, and we maintain two homes. We often travel to visit families and love to explore new places.
