Bedroom w/ private bathroom in 1200 Sq. ft apartment in Western Boise, $700 per month. 12x12 foot room. Currently seeking a roommate for my two bed bed two-bathroom apartment. First and last month at day of move in. The deposit is 300$. Utilities are included, so $1900 total to move in

Amenities- 1st floor washer/ dryer in unit, dish washer, ample visitor parking, central-heat/ air, balcony, bike rack, Near- bus route, taco truck, Albertsons, BSU, The room- The bedrooms are on duel ends of the apartment with a walk-in closet and private entrance to bathroom. Can accommodate a queen size bed comfortably.

Who I am looking for- I am seeking a respectful roommate who is a young professional, someone who will be accountable for rent and chores.

About me- I am a quiet 28-year-old, I enjoy physical activity, watching online entertainment, and love “nature”. I have lived in the area for around four years and love it. I am sadly allergic to our fuzzy friends. Will need to do video chat before then, available march 1st
