Unfurnished BR available in lovely apartment with parking and laundry. We share bath, kitchen, LR, DR and utils. It’s a quiet very private room overlooking the backyard walking distance to NY train and bus. Apartment has hardwood floors, good light, laundry in bldg, some storage in basement, use of yard and private parking right outside the door.You must be financially stable, have proof of employment and be OK with a background check. I am a mature female, holistic health practitioner and work at home with 2 well-behaved cats. Zen, Non-smoking, Non-toxic, and Eco-friendly only please. Would prefer to share space with someone who is a match to the vegan/holistic lifestyle but if we are a good fit will consider others.
