Juan's room

The house is fairly small but has a big backyard and a driveway. All utilities are already paid for, except the wifi (that will be split between the two of us). The room being rented includes a twin XL bed, desk, and closet. If you want to further furnish the room you can. It is 12 minutes away by car and e-bike, however, there is a bus stop right across that street that takes you directly to campus.

Hi, my name is Juan and I’m a sophomore econ major at the University of Texas at Austin. I’m pretty chill and I don’t get bugged by much. I’m very clean and prefer if the shared area is also kept fairly clean. I play sports, and video games, and can cook to a certain extent.
