Looking to have the space filled by Monday $800 a month + $800deposit Firsts month and deposit will be due at time of move in. Utilities included (can use the AC/heater whenever you want/need)
The room is unfurnished with bathroom included a couple feet to the left of the room shown in first picture. There are stairs in the house keep that in mind. I’m a chef so there will mainly be food provided couple times of week all I ask is to not be in the kitchen while I’m using it :) otherwise all yours
Prefer working tenant. I’m working most of the time and my mother is just in her room for the most part.
About the roomies
Working most of the time so need clean tenant won’t leave the home a mess please.
