I recently purchased a 2 bed 2.5 bath condo in The Lakeside Townhomes development and am looking for one ROOMMATE (entire townhouse NOT available). The development is beautiful and includes a pool, spa, and clubhouse. It is a newly remodeled unit. Everything is brand new. Very modern feel. Great location off of Auburn Folsom Rd which is just twelve minutes from the palladio, 3 minutes to Natomas, and instant access to the bike/walking trails. You will have your own bed/bath and there are no shared walls. The house is fully furnished except for your room/bathroom. I do not have any pets however I would consider someone with a pet.

Some info on me: I am very easy going. Fitness is very important to me so you will often times find me running, biking, gymming, or meal prepping. I have a hybrid work situation that is about 75% at home, 25% in office. Preferably somebody that is invested in their career. Preferably somebody that doesn’t work from home or somebody that travels often!
