NO COUPLES This is a walk up three bedroom/ two bathroom apartment located in Washington Heights. The rent for the room is $800 a month (utilities such as wifi and electricity not included). The term duration will be from August 15th until January 31th of 2023, as that is when our current lease will end. There is a possibility of lease renewal for another year.

The Building: Pretty quiet and clean building, you rarely hear any music or noise (yep, even during the weekend is quiet). There is a laundry mat located at the basement with really modern washing machines available 24/7.

The Apartment: The new roommate will share the bathroom with another female roommate. The common area is a medium sized kitchen and dining area. The kitchen comes with an electric stove, a dishwasher (which we don’t really use), and a microwave-oven.

The Room: UNFURNISHED ROOM. The available room is a small size room For reference , the bed size included in the picture is a twin size. . The closet is a small/medium size with potential of more storage if shelves are added in the closet.

The Roommates: Both female roommates between 25-30 years old. We both work in R&D/Clinical Research. We are looking for a female adult (25-35 years old). The ideal roommate for us is someone who is clean, respectful, on time with rent payments, friendly, and COVID responsible. We are two very hard working and quiet women. My roommate and I usually works regular long hours during the days and I am not home most of the week so it at times feels like you have the apartment to yourself.
