I have a 2Bd 2 Ba condo I am looking for a short term / temporary roommate. The the first month I will be out of town so you will have the whole condo to yourself. Possibly even the second month still not sure o the arrangements which is why it is 1100/mo . The apartment is partially furnished with a TV, HBO Max and other streaming services, internet included. Electricity would be split even though I am not going to be living there the first couple months. Afterward I’d give you the opportunity to rent out one room with its own private restroom at 750/month until you are able to find a more permanent roommate/ housing. This is a short term rental that may be ideal for someone who only needs one more quarter at CSUSB or UCR. The condo is located in a quiet beautiful location right next to the University. It’s just me. I’m rarely ever at the condo as I work 40- 55 hours. In this situation I will most likely not be there the first couple months. Afterwards I’m usually up for work around 8AM and usually return around 9-11PM at night. I rarely ever turn on the TV. Ideally I would prefer someone who is a Full-time student and or someone with a Full time job. I don’t mind guest over just keep in my the neighborhood is quiet.
