Hello guys. We are a queer friendly household looking for a great fit to fill our fourth bedroom. We have lived here a little over a year now. Our fourth roommate is moving out with his boyfriend and we’re looking for a compatible individual to take over his spot. We are very friendly artsy type people. One of us is a girl, 26 who was raised by two gay men and manages a restaurant. The other two are gay men, 30 and 37, who are also performers one is a hairdresser.

Ideally, we are looking for another great person to share our house. We like to work on projects together, one of the guys likes to garden. We enjoyed cooking and have people over from time to time on the weekends. We are not a quiet household but we are each very peaceful and friendly.

Our townhome is in a very quiet neighborhood between MLK and South Beacon Hill. We are not able to have pets as we already reached our landlords limit with a dog and two cats who are all friendly. There is a refundable deposit of 450 to move in and rent is 750 for this room. This is month to month and we’d want a 30 day move out notice before you move out.

We are pretty flexible on the move-in date. And someone could be available to move in as soon as July 1st to July 13. Of course prorating the first month depending on your move in date.
