About the room
Great location and nice neighborhood (Minutes from Beach, Bella Terra & Westminister Mall shopping, 405 freeway). Nicely furnished bedroom, up scale bathroom (it is the “guest bathroom” but renter will be only person using). Renter has access to kitchen, family room, dining room, formal living room, laundry and street parking in front of the house - most of the time driveway spot is available also. A non-heated pool and bbq in private back yard, courtyard in front w a swing. Internet included. Water/gas included and electric can be included unless abused. Cannabis ok outside in front courtyard.
About the roomies
I am retired USAF and I travel A LOT. When I am home I usually have loads of appointments and keep busy. I don’t smoke, party or play loud music. I like a calm and decently clean house. I have an allergy to tobacco and to strong perfumes. I respect everyone’s civil rights to be “who they are.” 😊
