I am a software engineer mostly working remotely. I don’t have a regular 8-5 routine and tend to be a night owl. My business venture often requires communicating with overseas vendors and this is currently all-consuming in my life.

Utilities, parking, and most living necessities are already factored into the asking price. I’m pretty laid back and enjoy social environments, but I am not much of a partier.

I am extroverted when I need to be, but I very much value my time alone. I play guitar and video games on my free time, and mostly spend my time with my dog/community. I clean often and always prefer a clean living space. I’m hoping to meet someone who shares these values of cleanliness. We don’t have to be best pals, but I also don’t want to feel as if I cannot speak to the person who lives across the hall from me.

I have a 2 year old dog (Samoyed). For the most part, he’s well behaved, but he does have a tendency to get overly-excited and can be demanding if you allow him to be. For people who aren’t used to dogs, this probably isn’t right for you.
