Damien's room

Spacious room available for rent $800 per month (everything including utilities) starting in mid-September 2022. The room is only for SINGLE occupancy with a shared, reinovated restroom with two MALE tenants (NO COUPLES ALLOWED). The house is two stories and has four bedrooms. The room is UNFURNISHED. Here is the information below of the house and qualifications:

Rental Qualifications -MALES preferred -clean, neat, and responsible individuals (must be able to clean up for oneself at all times) -must be able to sign a rental agreement for at least a year -be a student or employed full time (must show proof of income) -NO PETS -no drugs, not 420 friendly (outdoor smoking is okay) -no drama, keep it to yourself and out of the house -must be able to pay a security deposit of $800 -one car parking only for the house, additional cars will be an extra fee

Social drinking is okay but smokers please smoke outside only. This is strictly not a party house.

About the room and house -located at the Orangecrest neighborhood at Riverside -next to the 215 freeway -8 miles away from UCR -20 minutes away from downtown Riverside -will be living with two professional male tenants -near many fast food restaurants, supermarkets, stores (Albertsons, Chipotle, Kohls, Papa Johns, Jack in the Box, Dominoes, Subway, Wingstop, Del Taco, Carls Jr., In-N-Out, Farmers Boys, etc.) -walking distance to Orange Terrace park -UNFURNISHED room -slide in closet -shared restroom -access to living room, kitchen, laundry, pool table, backyard, etc. (full house privileges but must clean up for oneself at all times)

You will be living with three professional male tenants ranging from 30-low 40s. We all work full time and get along well. Our main priority living in this house is cleanliness and we strive to clean for ourselves at all times to maintain a perfect home.
