Large newly furnished bedroom in single family house walking distance to SDSU. There is a guest bathroom you’d have for sharing with 1 other female roommate.

College Area is a walkable community close to SDSU (about .75 mi) away. The neighborhood is usually quiet with some college parties every now and then. The house is peaceful, always clean and gets lots of bright light. AC unit in the house keeps it cool during summer and warm in “winter”. Room comes with a closet for storage, ceiling fan, blackout curtains, bed, desk, mini fridge and dresser.

The house is a mid century modern style home built in the 50s. It’s on a decent size lot with a fun backyard including hot tub, horse shoes, darts, corn hole, and a built in bar area. The room is available for short term or long term rental. Rentals at 12 months can be renewed annually as necessary.

Landlord (43) occupied home Were remote workers and students so it’s relatively quiet during working hours. We enjoy movies at night in the living room and cooking several nights a week. We’re looking for a roommate who is polite and respectful of their noise level and cleanliness. Parking available on street or driveway.

Home has an entertainers backyard with hot tub, outdoor grill, patio, fire pit w/Adirondack chairs, patio table, garden, housekeeping, mini fridge in your room, the living room TV has all streaming services like Netflix, Apple TV, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Disney +.

This is a strict drug free, non smoking home that has had 2 cats previously live here. Sorry, no pets welcome due to canyon wildlife.
