Raquel's room

My home is located on the North East side of Clovis in a VERY safe and comfortable neighborhood. It is a 3 bedroom home in which you would be renting a room that is 12 by 13 feet big. The bathroom is a jack and Jill and very spacious. You will have your own parking. 2 refrigerators are available as well as washer and dryer. Huge backyard and space for a garden. 2 small dogs are on the property who are extremely well trained and (chihuahua and a Doxin) The house is very spacious with lots of community space for homework, cooking and relaxing. Mailbox is located directly in front of the house and has a park and gym nearby. The rental agreement is month to month.

Me: I am the home owner and been in my house for 4 years. I work 3 jobs however work mostly from home. I love music, teaching and anything outdoors. I am a very down to earth individual and seek the same in who I rent to. I am huge on communication and respect for individuals values and morals. Roommate #1: She has been renting from me for 1 year and we have grown to be very good friends. She works full time and loves to cook and garden. You: What I seek in my 2nd renter is someone who works full time and/or goes to school. Visitors are welcomed with a heads up communication. over night guests are not allowed until 1 month of relationship building with fellow tenants and approval by owner. Friendly, optimistic and self awareness are a few traits that I seek as well. The last roommate who is leaving said this was the most comfortable place she has ever rented and she will be missing the relationship we all grew together (she was promoted in work and moved)
