Liz's room

The house is a beautiful, fully redone and updated (new wiring, flooring, windows, kitchen cabinets and backsplash, bathrooms, fresh paint interior and exterior) 1940s bungalow with 3br/2ba and two separate living spaces. It has two wings centered around a shared kitchen. Huge yard, one car garage (will likely be turned into a gym space), beautiful quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the shops at Mueller!

The back part of the house, which is where you would be living, has a HUGE private living space, bedroom, and en-suite bathroom attached. The back wing by itself is bigger than most one bedroom apts in Austin, plenty of space for a living area and home office. The space has its own private entrance. The bedroom is at the opposite corner of the house from the other two bedrooms, so there is plenty of privacy.

Hi! My name is Liz and I’m a responsible mid-30s female professional working in the physical therapy/fitness field. I’m an artist, a former teacher, and animal lover. I’m an extroverted introvert, I’m really friendly and social, but my home is my refuge and where I go to recharge so I tend to keep mostly to myself. I have a 9 year old daughter, and I split custody with her father so she lives with me part time, so I’m hoping to find someone who is a safe presence around a kiddo. That being said, she is a sweet quiet kid, and she and I are both very respectful of personal space. Plus the area you would be living in is very private so I don’t foresee it being an issue.

We have two cats who are very sweet and friendly, but we are definitely open to any additional pets as long as they’re ok with kitties!
