Arizona Way

Here’s a bit of info of the place: I bought this place two years ago. (I have my primary home in Rockaway-bought it 5 years ago and retired here in Aug from Portland and became a full timer.) Gary my boyfriend/renter moved into his place about a year ago and continues to improve/work on yards/property and repaired the garage.

A small 2 bedroom/1 bath 1973 Vintage Mobile home. Has a new ductless heating system-which heats the common areas. The 2nd bedroom is small and faces the rear looking in to the backyard. There is a lowing creek and firepit in the backyard. The street is a dead end and a tsunami evacuation route up on hill at dead end.

The utilities are water-flat rate and PUD-(depending on usage) and internet/wifi-no tv cable. $400 would cover the rent to include 1/2 of PUD. Utilities are in Gary’s name. I (landlord) pay garbage, insurance, taxes and repairs/needed materials for maintenance and collect rent. I require a $25 criminal/security background check at your expense and current rental references.

The garage is basically a big workshop and filled with Gary’s stuff/projects. (We don’t live together, as I prefer not to live with anyone…) Gary and Rascal (the dog) are happy there… Since I purchased the place an apartment complex has been built across the street and filled with renters.

The dryer is in the garage and washer is in the house-both new. Kitchen is small w/new oven and a small 4 burner stove top w/a small eating area and front room. Gary has internet/wifi and Netflix- no regular TV programing. There is a cable hook up in the bedroom
