• To be considered qualified to Rent You will be required to provide a copy of the following documents:

• Cover Letter (Bio)
• Full Credit Report with score
• Driver’s License/ID (Both Sides Color copy)
• 2 pay stubs/Employer’s Letter
• 2 months of bank statements where funds will be coming from.
• A fully completed application to be filled out. ($25 Fee for Background Check Required)

This house is occupied by the owner and his family. We are quiet and outgoing and take pride and care of our house and would expect tenants to do so as well.
